My name is Darlene Waldschmidt-Sematat and I live and work  in Germany - in Frankfurt am Main.  

I am an English native speaker and grew up in Toronto, Canada. I have been living in Germany since I finished my degree at the University of Toronto (German, French, linguistics). 

From  1973 to 1983 I worked as an English teacher in a school for the blind in  Marburg an der Lahn, Germany.
